As all products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, shape, and size are natural characteristics of the craft and not defects.

All prices are final. Full payment, including shipping charges, must be made at the time of purchase or workshop registration.

Workshop tickets and product orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and paid for.
